Addu City's Cruise & Yacht Marina

The gorgeous region of Feydhoo will soon be home to a state-of-the-art cruise terminal and yacht marina, according to a recent announcement from Addu City Council. The council recently announced that until July 25, both domestic and foreign businesses interested in embarking on this prestigious project may submit expressions of interest.

Companies must meet the Addu City Council's requirements regarding financial accounts for the previous three years and minimum ten years of industry experience in order to be considered.

The council also emphasized the need for the nearby construction of a 100-room hotel. The intended hotel would improve travelers' overall experiences by acting as a crucial service hub for guests of the cruise port and yacht marina.

The proposed cruise terminal and yacht marina will be strategically positioned between Feydhoo and Gan, next to the former football field at Feydhoo, to draw tourists and increase the area's tourism potential.
