Azimut Yachts and Assets Group have teamed up to run a fleet of 18 luxury yachts in the Maldives. Companies will sell their customers luxury resort and private yacht cruising holidays combined.
The venture will commence in 2026 and Azimut’s Service Center in Male will provide service and technical support.
The Assets Group & Azimut joint venture was hosted on board Azimut’s new Grande 44M yacht during the Cannes Yachting Festival on September 13.
Maldives Luxury Yacht Breaks Begin
The new yacht fleet provides unique excursions for residential guests of Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi and Rosewood Ranfaru Maldives. They will be able to discover the beauty of the Maldives Archipelago.

18 Azimut Yachts Join the Fleet in the Maldives
The fleet will be increased by 18 Azimut yachts, among them 15 yachts from the Magellano Series.

The companies said the new fleet of yachts will be the largest private luxury yacht charter fleet in the Indian Ocean and owned by Assets Group.
New Azimut Service Center opens in the Maldives –
A new Azimut Service Center is to be opened in Male to service and give technical support to the yachts in the fleet. Azimut’s Italian technical team and Azimut Yachts Maldives powered by Elite Yachts will assist the staff.
Local technical support will be crucial in guaranteeing that the yachts run smoothly and efficiently as they travel between the islands.
Luxury yacht escapes to two top resorts in the Maldives
The first phase of the venture will concentrate on the luxury yacht breaks at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi and Rosewood Ranfaru Maldives.
Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi is a three-island hotel resort that provides its residents with unique luxury experiences. Conversely, the Rosewood Ranfaru Maldives will be a development across a number of private islands surrounding a crystal clear lagoon.
