Brigitta Balsai Appointed Market Account Director of Marriott International - Maldives Sales

Brigitta Balsai has been hired by Marriott International to serve as the Market Account Director, Sales, for its Maldives Sales & Marketing Cluster. Brigitta joins the team with a remarkable background spanning more than 15 years in sales and marketing for the travel and tourist sector.

Brigitta performed admirably in her most recent position with Marriott International's Global Sales EMEA team, where she was in charge of 12 countries in the South East European region. She is a wonderful fit for the Maldives Market Team because of her strong affection for the hospitality industry and her vast experience working with several hotel chains.

For four of Marriott Bonvoy's portfolio of resorts in the Maldives, including JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa, W Maldives, Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, and The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort, Brigitta will be in charge of driving sales, primarily from the European markets.

Brigitta is a highly qualified student who has earned a Master's in International Relations and Economics, a B.B.A. in European Service Business Management, and a B.A. in Marketing Communications. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Brigitta actively participates in the Hungarian Golfing Federation and loves the game of golf. She also actively pursues leading a healthy lifestyle, enjoys exploring great dining opportunities, and treasures travel adventures.
