Exciting culinary moments await Meyyafushi as Chef Nicolas Isnard will be bringing his exceptional culinary experiences to its guests from 20 to 26 July 2026 under the unique Culinary Residency program where guests will get the chance to experience the excellence of Michelin star and contemporary Maldivian cuisine on the Indian Ocean. Chef Nicolas Isnard is well known for his creativity in the field of French cuisine and his passion for showcasing the finest products used, which he has done successfully through his Michelin star restaurants and culinary gatherings all over the globe.
Meyyafushi’s guests will get the chance to participate in unique culinary experiences provided by Chef Nicolas during his residency at the Maldives. Another exciting part of the residency is that the hotel offers a special 5-course meal at Bubble, a unique underwater restaurant of Meyyafushi Maldives. It means that the guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the dishes of Michelin-level cuisine while watching the marine life of the Maldives. Moreover, another 5-course dinner paired with wine will be hosted at Raa Wine Cellar, which is an overwater restaurant.Moreover, during the residency, Chef Nicolas isn’t going to stop at that but collaborate with the staff of the resort to share his cooking skills and professional know-how and thereby increase the dining experience of the guests even more.
The second wonderful thing about the residency is that there will be a special 5-course menu at Bubble, an extraordinary underwater restaurant at the Meyyafushi Maldives. It means that the guests will be able to enjoy the taste of the dishes of the Michelin-starred cuisine while watching the marine life of the Maldives. Furthermore, another 5-course dinner with wine will be arranged in Raa Wine Cellar, an overwater restaurant.
