Dwayne Krisko has been appointed as the culinary director at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, the renowned twin-island resort that is home to Ithaa, the world's first underwater restaurant. Conrad Hotels & Resorts, one of Hilton's (NYSE:HLT) leading luxury hotel brands, owns the resort.

Dwayne, a seasoned culinary director and chef, will be in charge of managing the resort's culinary and food and beverage operations, as well as overseeing special events, the guest's culinary journey, and sustainability practises. He will infuse his expertise and vision into the resort's award-winning 12 specialised restaurants and bars' operations and menu offerings.

Dwayne, who is originally from Pennsylvania, has over 20 years of culinary expertise working in five-star resorts and hotels. He has held executive positions at the One and Only and St. Regis hotels. Dwayne's career began in Florida, but it has since brought him to Thailand, Qatar, Jordan, Dubai, Lebanon, and the UK, where he has honed his abilities in all facets of F&B and culinary operations.

Dwayne is moving from VinGroup in Hanoi, Vietnam, where he served as Executive Culinary Director, to Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. There, he created numerous innovative concepts, including a wellness menu, and oversaw eco and rejuvenation projects on the island. Culinary Director at One & Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives was Dwayne's previous position.
