Nandul Radhakrishnan has had a long and distinguished career in the Maldives tourism sector. Radhakrishnan began working at Ramada Goa in 2007 as a front desk assistant. After two years, he had advanced to the position of reservation agent. After that, in 2010, he transferred to Le Meridian Kochi, where he improved his reservation management abilities before setting off on his trip to the Maldives in 2011.
Radhakrishnan joined Kuramathi Island Resort Maldives as a reservation executive, and the Atmosphere Group quickly noticed his skills. In 2015, he was hired as an assistant reservation manager for the OBLU Helengeli pre-opening team, where he developed crucial revenue management skills. He was given the opportunity to manage the Atmosphere Group's OBLU Helengeli, OBLU Select, Atmosphere Kanifushi, and Ozen Madhoo after being promoted to Cluster Reservation and Revenue Manager in 2017.
After a brief stint at Ayada Maldives, Radhakrishnan's career lead him to Universal Resort, where he worked as the group e-commerce manager for two years after leaving Covid. He has the expertise to handle Cora Cora Maldives' revenue strategies, pricing, and inventory management thanks to his considerable experience in the Maldives tourism sector. As the recently hired Revenue Manager, Radhakrishnan's experience is greatly anticipated by the resort.
