By enrolling in Rachel Khoo's choux pastry masterclass at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, guests can look forward to an up-close and personal experience with her. Participants will learn the tricks to making the ideal choux pastry, whip up a variety of delectable creams, and decorate their choux, making them pretty enough for a Parisian pâtisserie! Additionally, visitors may anticipate seeing Rachel curate and host a breakfast grazing table with miniature choux pastries with delectable fillings including premium Greek yoghurt, fruit coulis, fresh berries, chocolate, nuts, and more in addition to the traditional pastry cream. While exploring the Maldives for the first time, Rachel will visit a local farmer's market to find local ingredients, watch fishermen bring in their catch of the day, and then co-host a cooking class to learn the secrets of traditional dishes. For interested guests, Rachel will serve as the "Guest Judge" for a bake-off where competitors will exhibit dishes from one of her numerous best-selling cookbooks and be scored on flavor, presentation, expediency, and speed.
