Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been chosen to manage a new ultra-luxury resort, set to open in Q1 2025. Developed by Royal Resorts, a subsidiary of Estithmar Holding, the resort will feature 120 independent beach and overwater villas, including one- to five-bedroom options, all with private pools. The resort is set to become a highly desirable destination for luxury travelers and will include select villas located on private islands. The total investment for the project is $343 million.
