Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa is partnering with Chef de Cuisine Zhao Bo from Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, Dubai. Zhao, who was recognized as Chef de Cuisine of the Year at the Middle East Chef Excellence Awards, will enhance the Asian flavors at the resort's restaurants during the festive week from February 9 to 15, 2024, beside Executive Chef Riccardo Pinna.

The resort will endure a vibrant revolution to celebrate the Chinese New Year in Maldives, with captivating Chinese decorations such as colorful lanterns and beautifully adorned pathways creating a festive atmosphere that embodies the spirit of the Year of The Wood Dragon. Guests at Sheraton Maldives can look forward to a special beachfront Prosperity Buffet Dinner at Anchorage Beach on 9 February 2024, curated by Chef Zhao Bo.

In addition, Chef Zhao Bo will design a special fixed menu that will be available all week at ChopstiX, the resort's Asian dining destination. Additionally, guests have a variety of six specialty restaurants to choose from, including Seafood Italian, Caribbean, Indian, and Thai cuisine, to suit every taste.
