Viktoria, a descendant of renowned hunters and cooks, carries on her family's culinary legacy at Spielweg. Located in the Black Forest, the restaurant serves a creative menu featuring wild game and locally sourced herbs. The family's commitment to supporting the local community extends to their cheese factory, where they continue to produce cheese using milk from Hinterwälder cows. In addition, Viktoria has created Spielweg Gin, a unique blend infused with juniper, blueberries, cranberries, rowanberries, mountain herbs, and lemon peel from the Black Forest. Sharing her expertise and passion for game cuisine, Viktoria has also authored a book called FuchsteufelsWILD, which celebrates the rich tradition of game cuisine at Spielweg and has been recognized with the German Cookbook Award.

At The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, guests can indulge in a special dining experience curated by Viktoria. The menu includes delicious dishes such as Cod Ceviche with coriander, coconut, and roasted corn, Wild Boar Dim Sum, Pink-roasted Saddle of Venison with mango, Carrot Cake with physalis, passion fruit, and sour cream ice cream, and a classic slice of Gugelhupf served with Spielweg Gin. For those interested in wine, there is also an opportunity to participate in a tasting class featuring sliced mountain cheese from Spielweg's smoking chamber, as well as Coppa and Beef Ham that have been cured for two months and dried in a noble mold culture. This unique dining experience takes place in the resort's wine cellar.
