Each practitioner specialises in holistic therapies that promote self-healing, rejuvenation, and energization, such as sound healing, naturopathy, Ayurveda, meditation, and other holistic disciplines.
Visitors can choose the best time to attend based on their wellness objectives and the type of experience they want. These treatments and potent rituals at the resort, together with integrative diet and health counselling, are made to improve the body and the mind and create lasting wellness practises that visitors may apply to their regular lives after they return.
The twin-island design of Conrad Maldives Rangali Island enables the hotel to provide guests with two distinctive wellness experiences: the Spa Retreat on the couple's island, Rangali Island, and The Over-Water Spa on the family island, Rangali-Finolhu. Every spa boasts a distinct service and variety of specialty treatments.
The Spa Retreat provides visitors a wide selection of spa services, including custom spa treatments for couples and individuals, native Maldives treatments, Ayurveda treatments, anti-aging treatments, and family packages.
