In honour of International Women's Day, Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives offered a special art lesson with a local woman artist. The goal of the painting masterclass was to highlight the Maldives' authenticity while providing female visitors with a pleasant and original method to get to know the place. The masterclass's topic was "Discovering the Real Maldives Through Painting," and participants had the chance to exercise their imaginations and pick up new skills while interacting with the local artist.
Aishath Nifaya, a well-known local artist noted for her elaborate and exquisite artwork, gave the visitors some insider tips and techniques. She showed them how to make beautiful works of art that perfectly encapsulate the spirit of the Maldives by using traditional Maldivian motifs and colours. During a fun and interesting art lesson, the visitors were able to express themselves and develop their creativity.
Then to top it all off, the resort's beach club offered the local artist the chance to display her creations. The exhibition allowed visitors to recognise the artist's talent and ingenuity while showcasing the elegance and complexity of the artist's creations.
Raffaele Solferino, General Manager of Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives, said, "We are thrilled to have the opportunity to engage with a brilliant local artist and honour International Women's Day with this exceptional event. "We think this event will showcase the beauty and authenticity of the Maldives through the perspective of a local artist in addition to giving our female guests a pleasant and unforgettable experience."
This activity was a part of Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives' dedication to supporting and developing regional creatives. The resort is dedicated to offering its visitors with unique experiences that allow them to engage with the local culture and community.
