Beginning on October 31, 2023, IndiGo plans to resume direct flights between Hyderabad and Male. This action is anticipated to improve travel convenience for passengers and have a beneficial influence on tourism between India and The Maldives.
The Maldives has seen a significant growth in Indian traveler traffic as a result of constantly ranking as one of the top destinations for tourists from that country. The resumption of these non-stop flights would provide Indian tourists even more options, as India has recently played a significant role in boosting tourism to The Maldives.
