Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru, Dhawa Ihuru appoint Josefine Norrman as Director of Sales and Marketing
Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru and Dhawa Ihuru have blazoned the appointment of Josefine Norrman as Director of Deals and Marketing for both resorts. Josefine will begin this new part on 5 March 2026.
Josefine offers over a decade of global experience with luxury hospitality and has a solid track record as a strategic deals leader, having successfully enforced request growth strategies and erected high- performance marketable brigades in her former places. She has worked considerably throughout colorful global requests similar as the UK, Europe, and the USA, where she contributed significantly to profit growth and the development of long- term connections with both commercial and trip trade guests.
Before joining Banyan Tree Group, Josefine was the Cluster Director of Deals at COMO hospices & Resorts grounded in the Maldives. In that position, she led all of the transnational deals strategies across several crucial source requests encyclopedically; established a number of significant hookups; and constantly exceeded all allocated deals targets, which redounded in solid marketable success for all COMO Cocoa Island parcels led by her.
Josefine is assigned with developing and enforcing both resorts' overall deals & marketing strategies. Specific areas of focus will include enhancing global distribution channels; adding the resorts' presence in crucial transnational requests; and enhancing the resorts' brand positioning.
