Grand Opening of Six Senses Kanuhura Maldives!

An iconic Maldivian resort has been transformed into a multi-bedroom sanctuary with dramatic decor.

On September 1, 2023, Six Senses Kanuhura Maldives will open its doors to visitors for the first time. The resort is located in a lovely lagoon that serves as a home for local turtles and marine life, and it offers a total of 91 roomy beach, family, and overwater pool villas.

The opening of Six Senses Kanuhura Maldives adds a notable new beach destination resort to the Maldives' collection. The resort is ready to revolutionize the Maldivian experience after undergoing a thorough makeover and joining the Six Senses portfolio. The main goal has been to maintain the island's natural beauty while expanding the resources and amenities that are already available.

The resort's dining options at Drift and Bottega outlets, as well as the organic gardens, which now include a microgreens nursery in addition to the appeal of wild orchids, have all been improved. Notably, there are 12 brand-new Beach Retreats among the 91 beachfront and overwater villas. For families or bigger parties, these accommodations with one to three bedrooms and private pools make the perfect environment.

The resort provides a variety of activities on land and in the sea that are suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends. Ages three to eleven can participate in educational activities at the Grow With Six Senses kids club, where they can take part in treasure hunts, kid-friendly yoga, crafts, and upcycling.
