Introducing Keerthi Soja Remanan as Conrad Maldives Rangali Island's New Director of Finance: A Unique Addition to the Team!

Keerthi Soja Remanan has been appointed as the new director of finances, according to Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. The world's first underwater villa, The Muraka, and the world's first underwater restaurant, Ithaa, are both located on Conrad Maldives Rangali Island.

Conrad Hotels & Resorts, one of Hilton's (NYSE:HLT) leading luxury hotel brands, owns the resort. Keerthi most recently worked at the Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi's Assistant Director of Finance.

Keerthi is a seasoned professional in the sector with more than 16 years of expertise in finance management at upscale hospitality organisations. As Director of Finance, he will supervise all financial planning and operations at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island and guide the resort's long-term financial health and growth. Since 2007, he has collaborated closely with the Hilton group, holding top roles at several of the company's upscale locations in the United Arab Emirates. He has been putting in years of work with the Hilton's Middle East premium properties, including the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah, and Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. He has been using his financial savvy to help the group reach its financial objectives in this area.

In India, he earned a graduate degree in commerce, and Hilton Al Ain was where he started his career in the hotel sector. "I'm thrilled to renew yet another partnership with the Hilton group and to establish new standards for Conrad Maldives Rangali Island," Keerthi added. Today's hospitality industry is all about embracing new technology, increasing revenue through product knowledge, business acumen, and a people-centered approach.
