Exploring the Maldives: Tatabye Tours' Exclusive FAM Trip to 9 Stunning Properties

15 people went on a familiarization (FAM) trip with Tatabye Tours, which was recently recognized as one of the best producers for the Indian travel market at TTM Maldives 2023. They visited 9 different resorts over the course of 10 days. This FAM trip, which got underway on August 25, was a big deal for Tatabye because they had previously hosted 13 people across eight locations the year before.

Serving both the Indian and Middle Eastern markets, Tatabye Tours, commonly known as Tatabye Maldives, maintains a strong position in the Maldives tourism industry. With contracts with more than 140 direct properties, the company, which was founded nine years ago in South India, has established itself as one of the top distributors for Maldivian resorts.

The delegation was directed by Mr. Roshan Jain, the founder of Tatabye Tours, and included eminent travel industry experts from Dubai, Colombo, Maharashtra, Karnataka, New Delhi, and Tamil Nadu.

The group visited several properties during their stay, including the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, the SAii Lagoon Maldives, the Sun Siyam Olhuveli, the Kurumba Maldives, the Velassaru, the Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa, the Villa Park, the Siyam World, and the Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa. At these hosted sites, they had the opportunity to enjoy the world-famous hospitality of the Maldives and partake in uncommon activities like whale shark snorkeling, dolphin cruises, sunset cruises, and a variety of cuisines.

The main goal of this trip was to increase consumer knowledge of the Maldives' post-pandemic recovery as a travel destination and to highlight the unique goods and experiences it provides tourists.

Travel agencies that took part will be better prepared to market Maldives vacations after they return because they have firsthand knowledge of the high caliber of the goods and standards of service. This project supports Tatabye Tours' main goal of setting up familiarization tours for travel agencies all around the world.
