Milaidhoo Maldives to Celebrate International Men's Day by Organizing a Unique Cocktail Challenge for Male Guests
As part of celebrating the upcoming International Men’s Day, the luxurious Maldivian resort Milaidhoo Maldives will organize a cocktail-making challenge in order to pay tribute to the men who have helped in shaping its 10-year journey and played a key role in its operations and success. In celebration of the special day, Milaidhoo Maldives has been dedicated to maintaining the local Maldivian culture and hospitality through its unique resort stay. To commemorate its milestone, Gentlemen & Cocktails, a challenging and interesting cocktail-making challenge has been arranged at the resort’s Compass Pool Bar.
The event will start with a practical cocktail workshop led by the bar team from the resort. They will learn basic skills needed to make cocktails. After that, they can use their skills and imagination to come up with signature cocktails. In order to raise the level of difficulty and make it more interesting, everyone will receive a black box filled with mystery ingredients which the participants will have to use while creating their cocktails. Additionally, participants will be able to visit Chef’s Garden at the resort to find another ingredient for their drinks (either herb or vegetable).By applying their creativity and limited amount of time for preparation, contestants will need to show everything they know about cocktail mixing in order to impress the judges. The taste, presentation and creativity of cocktails will be evaluated by the partner of each competitor.
The winning participant will be rewarded with a prize and his cocktail will be named Cocktail of the Day in Compass Pool Bar for seven days. The winners will also have an opportunity to order their cocktails as many times as they like during the rest of their stay at Milaidhoo Maldives. Gentlemen & Cocktails event is part of the overall celebration of the 10th anniversary of the resort that pays tribute to those individuals whose hard work contributed to Milaidhoo development during the last decade.
