Next-Generation Employee Appreciation Program Is Launched by Villa Resorts

On International Employee Appreciation Day in 2023, Villa Resorts will debut its brand-new, cutting-edge employee appreciation programme. Villa Resorts thinks that appreciation and recognition should change along with work settings as they develop and grow more diverse, multigenerational, and technology-driven.

To make recognising team members easier and more regular, the recognition initiatives will be integrated with mobile technology beginning on March 3rd, 2023. Team members can choose the form of appreciation they value most by choosing from a variety of award alternatives and gamification features included in the programme. Via their social platform, Villa Resorts is enabling everyone to recognise their successes and share them.

Our appreciation programme places a major emphasis on giving each employee true, accurate, and genuine praise for their achievements. According to Mohamed Aalim, Group Director of People and Culture at Villa Resorts, "unlike conventional infrequent appreciation, our adaptable and frequent recognition method will reinforce excellent behaviours, inspire team members, and build a culture of continual appreciation and acknowledgment."
