He was successful both in regional markets and the international market by his innovative approach to digital marketing and strategic partnerships.
Prior to Noku Maldives, Naufal worked as a Director of Sales at Nova Maldives, and also he had served as a Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing at Kandima Maldives. During those positions, he significantly contributed to forward-thinking strategies and the execution process that remarkably increased revenue and market penetration. His leadership has been the game-changer in terms of making the resorts more discoverable to new segments and thus increasing market share in that competitive market. He is an alumnus with a Master of Arts qualification in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from James Cook University, Singapore, and the Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management at Taylor's University, Malaysia.
