Rai Viany Pande Embarks on Journey as Assistant Director of Sales at Baros Maldives

Rai Viany Pande (Rai) has been hired as Baros Maldives' Assistant Director of Sales. Rai will oversee the sales department, including reservations, in this critical leadership position, drawing on her substantial 17+ years of expertise in the hospitality business.

Rai began her career in the hospitality sector in 2005, when she accepted the position of Secretary for Administrative and General at the Four Seasons Resort Jimbaran in Bali. She has consistently demonstrated dynamic leadership and prowess in various capacities since then, further solidifying her expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and revenue management, progressing to pivotal roles such as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager at Bali Golf & Country Club and Sales Manager at Noku Maldives.

Her steadfast commitment to the Maldivian hospitality scene spans nearly a decade, including positions at renowned facilities including Kanuhura, LUX* South Ari Atoll, Ayada Maldives, Noku Maldives, and Radisson Blu Resort Maldives.

Rai has a great track record, and she has always proved her dedication to promoting excellence and innovation in the sector.
