With the introduction of "Rock & Soul Month," a comprehensive 31-day health and fitness festival that will make every visitor feel amazing, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives is welcoming their international adventurers to experience the ultimate tropical wellness and lifestyle getaway!
Rock & Soul Month, which runs until April 7th 2023, offers a jam-packed programme of events for every wellness enthusiast, from gym rat who loves high-intensity exercises to those who want more thoughtful moments. Every visitor may design a customised programme to meet their specific goals with sessions available from sunrise to sunset, including morning runs, beach yoga, martial arts, self-defense, dance fitness, aerial arts, water gym, strength sessions, nutrition and lifestyle seminars, and even snorkelling.
To enhance their wellness journey, guests are advised to attend at least two daily sessions. Little Roxtars also have a fun-filled calendar of health-focused activities to keep them occupied, from games like hopscotch, juggling, and hula hooping to dancing lessons, martial arts, kids' yoga, aerial arts, and more.
Danny O'Sullivan and Kristie Walker, two esteemed specialists, have been invited by Hard Rock Hotel Maldives to enhance this wellness experience for guests as an added bonus. Athletes may move more easily and decrease their risk of injury with the assistance of Danny, a mobility and strength training expert. As all is going on, Kristie is a nutritionist and lifestyle consultant who has spent the last 15 years encouraging people to lead healthy lifestyles and eat well.
These two professionals will join the team of on-site health and fitness professionals at the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, which already includes Amanda, a dance fitness instructor who infuses each class with energy, Xenia, an aerial arts instructor who specialises in graceful gymnastics like trapeze, rings, silks, and more, Mooza, a yoga instructor who infuses each class with a blend of meditative and demanding exercises, and Rafa, a black belt Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor.
With the new "Aloha Package" at the Rock Spa®, visitors may completely relax and ease their hurting muscles during Rock & Soul Month! A 30-minute body scrub precedes a 60-minute massage that is meant to be calming, and a 30-minute mini-facial is the final step in this tranquil spa experience.
We're excited to welcome visitors from all around the world to our Rock & Soul Month as we raise fitness and wellness to new heights of luxury. What could be more exhilarating than feeling strong and healthy in a stunning environment, overlooking the Indian Ocean? Whatever your wellness objectives are, our professionals will work with you to improve your whole health—physical, mental, and spiritual. Don't pass up this unique chance to challenge yourself and learn new fitness techniques, said Tolga Unan, managing director of the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives.
The beginning of Rock & Soul Month immediately follows Carnaval Week, which took place from February 24 to March 4, 2023, and featured a vibrant Carnaval Parade, a masquerade party, a variety of events with a Latin American theme, Brazilian cuisine, and more.
The Hard Rock Hotel Maldives combines local tradition and tropical architecture with modern design and genuine rock memorabilia. It is located within CROSSROADS Maldives, the Indian Ocean's first integrated multi-island leisure resort, and is only a 15-minute speedboat ride from the airport. The 178 extravagant rooms, suites and villas - including overwater pool villas - are complemented by signature facilities such as the Body Rock® fitness centre, Rock Spa®, Rock Shop®, and diverse dining and entertainment venues such as The Elephant and The Butterfly, a vibrant Latin American beachfront restaurant inspired by the stories of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, and Hard Rock Cafe®, the iconic all-American brand.
