Roger Moore has accumulated over 26 years of experience in the wellness and health field, spending the last 17 years in Thailand. Thailand is renowned for its spas and holistic retreats. Moore has received training from esteemed masters and teachers, including North and South American shamans. He is proficient in both Western and Eastern wellness practices and was among the founding members of the well-known Cowshed Spa and Products in the UK. Depending on his specific background and qualifications, he could have certifications in areas like personal training, nutrition coaching, yoga instruction, or stress management techniques.
