Steven Stefaniuk Assumes Role of General Manager at Fairmont Maldives' Sirru Fen Fushi

Steven Stefaniuk has been named as the new general manager of Fairmont Maldives, Sirru Fen Fushi. Steven will oversee overall operations, performance, and strategic direction for Fairmont Maldives in his new job. Steven has a plethora of premium hospitality experience spanning an incredible 21 years.

Steven brings to Fairmont Maldives, Sirru Fen Fushi his experiences from Canada, Bermuda, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where his hotel career has spanned more than two decades and five nations. After working for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts for 18 years at storied establishments like the Fairmont Waterfront, Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Southampton, Fairmont Dubai, and Fairmont The Palm, Steven is thrilled to add the Fairmont Maldives, Sirru Fen Fushi, also known as the "Secret Water Island," to his resume. At the esteemed Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Steven pursued a degree in hospitality management. As a result, Steven joins the team with a natural knowledge of the Fairmont Maldives' core values, which include an unyielding dedication to quality, experiences that are centered around families, exceptional culinary offerings, unwavering ecological principles, and an emphasis on wellness.
