Adopt a Turtle with The Olive Ridley Project

One&Only Reethi Rah is house to a turtle healing habitat run by The Olive Ridley Project squad in the Maldives. Situated at the property’s Dive & Excursions Centre, the locale has been intended to assist wounded turtles. Under the care of a committed biologist, each turtle is given expert treatment such as psychotherapy and surgical procedure. The property also keeps track of the nearby turtle inhabitants by taking photo IDs of each animal and division them with the sea turtle ID programme. Guests can also assume one of the turtle patients admitted to the resort’s treatment centre to sustain their recovery.

Live Painting by Kurahaa Rappe

Kurahaa Rappe, the well-known Maldivian painter and sponsor of One&Only Reethi Rah’s artist-in-residence programme, displays an mysterious display of artistry this summer. Visitors are inviting to delight in a show of creativity at the Beach Club through its signature Market Night, where art comes to life before their eyes with the artist painting a life-size picture at sunset.
