International art styles in interaction, stunning installations, and regional influences: The renowned curator Tatiana Gecmen-Waldek is working with the art resort JOALI Maldives. The Paris-born art consultant and audio storyteller is regarded as a trailblazing innovator in her area. This is now available to guests at JOALI Maldives, where inspiration and freedom of thinking inspire you to let go and be creative. In partnership with Tatiana Gecmen-Waldek, an art consultant, JOALI Maldives will hold the Imagi-Nature Art Festival from April 14 to April 18, 2023. This ground-breaking initiative presents artistic partnerships with well-known international artists while integrating sustainability and the arts in a seamless manner.
Imagi-Nature, which is curated for explorers, dreamers, and storytellers, offers a chance to completely appreciate art in all its splendour. Each immersive artwork is made to captivate, spark, and unleash the imagination while drawing inspiration from the natural splendour of the JOALI Maldives. Visitors of all ages, including kids, are welcome to engage with eco-friendly installations located all across the lovely island. On April 15, International Art Day, there will be a number of noteworthy events. Through the hashtag #ImagiNature, art enthusiasts who can't attend the event can keep up with it. With its participation in activities for World Oceans Day, JOALI demonstrates its interest in sustainability as well as art. Via a number of initiatives, the resort has always been dedicated to the local community and environmental protection. JOALI, among other things, sponsors the renowned Olive Ridley Project, which works to safeguard marine turtles and their environment. Although though each work of art at the resort is distinct, their dedication to sustainability unites them all. Several of the works encourage a more sustainable way of living because they use clay, recycled garbage, or other natural materials.
Tatiana has worked as a consultant with greats like Giorgio Armani, Cartier, Etro, Roger Vivier, Maison Kitsuné, Vhernier, Huawei, and ACNE. Her network includes internationally recognised galleries, collectors, auction houses, and artists. Now that she is a valued partner of JOALI Maldives, she is ready to offer an outstanding collection of contemporary art to the resort in the form of exhibitions, performances, limited editions, and long-term installations. Born in Austria and reared in Paris, Tatiana is enthusiastic about developing creative collaborations and producing cultural content that inspires the inner artist within each of us - according to the tagline "feeling art instead of viewing art".
