Overwater Villa with Pool is now open for bookings for stays from 22 October 2026.
Enjoy uninterrupted, breathtaking Indian Ocean views from the privacy of your own 23 square metre pool perched above the crystal clear waters of the lagoon. The added dimension of the expanded villa category offers authentic barefoot escapes in the sun with guests relaxing in their private pool taking in panoramic views over the turquoise waters.
The new villa category at Vakkaru Maldives includes odd numbered-villas from 211 to 245, and complements the resort’s current offering of overwater accommodation, including the Overwater Deluxe Pool Villa. The Overwater Villas with Pools are ideal for those who want a little more privacy and an outdoor space, a retreat for those who are looking for a laid-back barefoot holiday with uninterrupted panoramic ocean views.
With this announcement, Vakkaru Maldives has also rebranded its previous Overwater Pool Villa to Overwater Deluxe Pool Villa. The Overwater Deluxe Pool Villa will maintain the same services, amenities, villa layout, availability and rates as before the rebrand.
Introductory rates from US$ Overwater Villa with PoolUS$1,650 per night low season, US$1,950 per night shoulder season and US$4,500 per night festive season excluding taxes. Rates are available for stays beginning October 22, 2026 and may be combined with the resort's seasonal promotional offers.
