Virgin Atlantic to increase Daily Flights to Maldives in winter 2024

Virgin Atlantic has announced plans to increase its routes to Dubai, the Maldives, and Barbados for the upcoming winter season 2024. 

The Virgin Atlantic airline commences thrice-weekly flights from Heathrow to the Maldives in October and intends to promote this service to an every day schedule for the 2024-2025 winter season.

The new frequencies are on deal now, with daily flights among London and Dubai working from 26 October, 2024, Heathrow-Barbados operating twice daily from 27 October, and Maldives operating daily commencing the same date. 

Commenting on the news Juha Jarvinen, chief business officer Virgin Atlantic, said: “We’re thrilled to be whisking our customers away on more sunlit breaks than still next year, thanks to our increasing vacation portfolio. Our recent way launches to Dubai and the Maldives have already proved extremely popular and we’re pleased to present more opportunities for our clientele to attain these luxurious destinations in 2024 and 2025.”
