Choosing the right Maldives best snorkeling resort is crucial for an unforgettable experience, and Vilamendhoo Resort stands out as an excellent choice. During our stay in April 2016, we found Vilamendhoo's house reef captivating enough to explore for days on end.

Vilamendhoo Resort offers a range of accommodations to suit different preferences and budgets. You can opt for a Garden Room, Beach Villa, Jacuzzi Beach Villa, or a luxurious Jacuzzi Water Villa situated over the water. We stayed in both a Jacuzzi Beach Villa and a Beach Villa. The Jacuzzi Beach Villas, located on the western end of the island and reserved for adults, offered exceptional service and a dedicated smaller restaurant. Even though we didn't use the Jacuzzi, we appreciated the superior service compared to our stay in the Beach Villa. The experience was so good that we would consider paying more for that level of service on a return visit.

When it comes to dining, Vilamendhoo offers flexible meal plans such as full board or all-inclusive, ensuring a satisfying culinary experience. The Maldives best resort caters well to dietary restrictions, and we enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. While the main restaurants are not air-conditioned, there are other dining options including an à la carte restaurant and bar, providing a comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
