Kitchen Equipment Installation of INEO Team Reveals Engineering of Coco De Mer Maldives Back-of-House Facilities
Kitchen installation work at Coco De Mer Maldives has reached another important milestone as installation of essential equipment for the staff restaurant of the luxurious resort is now completed. Coco De Mer Maldives, scheduled to open in 2027, is currently being developed through a joint venture between Coco De Mer and Gulf Craft Maldives. And in this case, the emphasis during the process is on building back-of-house facilities which will ensure efficient functioning of the resort.On September 7, the INEO technical team managed to complete installation of wall-mounted shelving system in the kitchen of the staff dining area. In addition, installation of heavy-duty stainless steel worktable, bakery equipment, and gas cooking stations was completed.
As a result of the successful installation of the customized kitchen, the staff of the kitchen of the resort will have a productive workspace. The kitchen will be designed in such a way that will help in the efficient work process and space utilization to ensure the efficient preparation and serving of the food.
