With over three decades of illustrious experience in comfort hospitality, Paul brings assets of expertise in boutique resort executive and a proven track witness of achievement in secluded and prominent destinations worldwide.

Paul’s remarkable career in hospitality includes leadership roles at honored properties such as Fregate Island in the Seychelles and Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa in Mauritius, both famous for their luxury and uniqueness. His residence at Fregate Island, a Virtuoso member, and Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa, part of Leading Hotels of the World, underscore his capability to deal with and elevate top-tier properties.

Before joining Milaidhoo, Paul serve as the General Manager at Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness Mauritius, previously known as Angsana Balaclava Mauritius, where he effectively rebranded and optimized ready efficiencies. His strategic management contributes to considerable financial improvements and improved guest experiences, showcasing his assurance to quality in hospitality management.
