The Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi invites guests to step into a bygone era, with its festive theme being "Sixties Glamour." From December 15 to January 7, the resort will be reminiscent of the sixties. With a sophisticated color palette in blue, white, silver, and black with an accent of pearls, it all comes together with bold statements and iconic decorations. It's going to be fun as guests celebrate yesteryears' style in the myriad of fun, unforgettable, scrumptious, and joyful celebrations and experiences.

Guests can revel in the magic of the season with events for all ages. There is also the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony to be held on December 17 at Peacock Alley. It would be a tree lighting ceremony complemented with festive music and seasonal treats. Santa Claus and his team will be coming to NAVA Beach on December 25 to give gifts and to allow children to meet Santarina and the elves. Another event for kids and teens would be the sixties-themed fashion show, where the young guests get to strut down the runway in style.
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve will be celebrated with grandeur in a luxurious tent with delectable world-class culinary delights and live entertainment. For a holiday highlight, there is "Cinema Under the Stars," which will take place at the Lagoon Pool during a movie night under the Maldivian sky.

The Signature options at Amber include "Timeless Pairing," where champagne and oysters form a duo, while at ZUMA, one enjoys elegant tasting at "Festive Flavours of Japan." Terra has gone for a gourmet dish, Dom Perignon Prestige, where Dom Perignon Champagne goes hand in hand with such dishes, whereas Yasmeen has served a festive buffet inspired from Lebanese street food. From fresh lobster and champagne beside the ocean at Mirror Pool, to handpicked wines in Rock and festive brunches at ZUMA and Tasting Table, dinner features Maldivian Charm with strong influences of local flavors at dinner, and "A Tale of Two Wines" paired with gourmet delicacies over at Glow with their menu from Bordeaux and Burgundy, and an exclusive culinary feast awaits during Li Long's Laba Festival feast.
Holistic well-being activities include Himalayan Sound Bath Meditation, Acupuncture, and Pranic Healing by visiting experts, Shree and Dr. Syed.
