Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, an upscale island resort, has come up with a unique Wellness Reset Program for its clients during the Global Wellness Week taking place from June 15 to 21. This Wellness Program has been developed by the fitness trainer and biohacker Regina Gimranova and includes advanced wellness methods in addition to the natural healing abilities of Maldivian islands.In this program titled 'Exhale to Expansion', people can shift from stressful urban living to healthy living. All individuals above 18 years of age can avail themselves of this program regardless of their physical abilities. Scientific & Wellness Exercises Everyday
Daily exercises will comprise morning outdoor yoga sessions from 08:00 to 09:00; unique yoga sessions based on biological differences such as Yin yoga, power flows, etc., will be held. Optional visits to beach science classes are conducted daily from 17:00 to 18:30.Guests can also practice special somatic exercises in the form of breath work classes and relaxation exercises such as The Ocean of Calm. As part of the program, there is also a final integration class during which guests learn techniques for how to maintain high energy and awareness on their own, including through short five-minute morning exercises.
