The Ledge has a custom-built, four-ton, dual-cavity oven that bears Dave Pynt's name as well as elevation grills that are heated by sustainable Jarrah wood, allowing for the use of a variety of cooking methods such as smoking, slow roasting, hot roasting, baking, and grilling.
