Yoni Saada, a third-generation butcher from the Marais region in Paris, has made a name for himself in the culinary world. Starting his culinary journey at a young age, he studied cuisine and bakery at Ferrandi in Paris. In 2006, at the age of 25, he opened his first restaurant called "Osmose" and gained recognition after participating in the TV show Top Chef in that same year, he opened "Miniatures," a semi-gourmet restaurant specializing in French tapas. In 2014, his new project "Bagnard" was awarded the Project of the Year by the Gault & Millau guide. Yoni Saada has also been honored with the 2014 Young Talent prize.
