Embrace the Serenity: International Yoga Day 2023 Retreat at Sun Siyam Resorts

On June 21, 2023, Sun Siyam Resorts will hold a number of yoga events and activities with famous Russian yoga expert Anna Sologub at Siyam World in the Maldives and Korean yoga master Yeo Dong Gu at Sun Siyam Olhuveli Maldives.

Visitors to Siyam World Maldives can participate in a variety of group Vinyasa yoga courses and sessions with famous Yogi Anna Sologub for free on June 21, which is International Yoga Day this year.

Russian yoga instructor Anna Sologub, also known as Aniko, began her yoga practice in 2006 and has been instructing Vinyasa flow yoga for the past ten years. Aniko is a leading figure in the yoga world, a blogger, a retreat host, and is renowned for her profound, original, and motivating approach to yoga. Her classes are vibrant, original, and embody a strong flow with the goal of illuminating the relationship between the breath, movement, mind, and body.

Visitors are welcome to join Yeo, an Ululu Yoga Master, universal yoga teacher, organizer of Korea Yoga Festa, for a number of group yoga sessions on the beach at Sun Siyam Olhuveli Maldives.

Yeo also holds a doctorate from Kyung Hee University, a master's degree from China's Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine, and a degree in yoga and meditation from Wonkwang Digital University. He is the author of several yoga books, including Mahahata Yoga, Himalayan Vinyasa Yoga, Girl's Yoga, Circle Yoga, Pelvic Floor Yoga, The Flow Yoga, and Kid's Yoga.
