Yurii Kovryzhenko Appointed the Executive Chef at Brennia Kottefaru

Chef Yurii Kovryzhenko has been appointed as the new Executive Chef of Brennia Kottefaru, starting in October 2023. With his impressive skills and experience in the culinary industry, Chef Yurii Kovryzhenko will bring his exceptional talent to the resort.

Chef Yurii is a highly skilled chef who has received his culinary education from some of Europe's most prestigious culinary schools, such as Ecole Ritz Escoffier, Le Cordon Bleu, and Ecole Gregoire-Ferrandi in Paris. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with numerous awards and honors, including the esteemed Global Chef Award in 2017, the Ambassador of Taste for Global Gastronomy in 2021 and 2022, and the Gold Medal for Best of Gastronomy in 2021.

Chef Yurii, a renowned culinary expert, has not only received recognition from the prestigious Michelin Guide from 2018 to 2019 but has also played a crucial role in promoting Ukrainian cuisine globally. His expertise and passion for Ukrainian food have led him to successfully establish three Ukrainian restaurants in different countries, showcasing the rich flavors and traditions of Ukrainian gastronomy to a wider audience.
