Famous for his Mediterranean culinary creativity, Chef Jeffrey Vella inherited an untiring enthusiasm for food and hospitality that took him across continents. Chef Vella is all about crafting gastronome journeys striking with rich flavors and stunning presentations. At Mediterraneo, his delicious signature dishes complement the untamed brilliance of the clear blue waters and skies.
Although Brazil is her residence, Luiza Torrezani’s love for wine takes her all around the globe. She hold a Master’s degree in Wine & Spirits industry from the esteemed University of Bordeaux and has garnered frightening experience at all main Wine destinations across Asia. Based in Thailand, Torrezani is connected with Santa Margherita Wine Group.
