Reethi Beach Resort Triumphs with 10 Medals and 2 Special Awards at FHAM's Global Culinary Challenge & Exhibition

Reethi Beach Resort has declared its participation in the Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM)-sponsored Global Culinary Challenge & Exhibition. There were 110 booths during the event, which was held from May 8 to May 10, 2023, in Hulhumalé Central Park and included more than 50 domestic and foreign businesses involved in the food and hospitality sectors.

More than 600 competitors from 11 nations competed in 21 categories of the culinary challenge, including more than 500 competitors who represented 120 resorts in the Maldives. Reethi Beach Resort is proud to have participated in the event, which was a great success.

The chefs from Reethi Beach Resort demonstrated their culinary prowess and took home two special honors in addition to a total of ten medals. The cooks of Reethi Beach Resort have received the following honors:

Fruit and vegetable carver R.A. Sisira Kumara won a gold medal. First place and the competition's Most Outstanding Artist

Wijethungage Gold Medal for Shehan Maduwantha's Lamb Hot Cooking
