An experienced healer has recently joined the staff of the renowned five-star Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa on the lovely private island of Furanafushi.

Abhilash SC "Dr Abhi" will now oversee wellness programs at the resort, putting together tranquil retreats for visitors, including yoga courses, guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, and more. The resort is enhancing its array of services with the addition of the native of India as its new wellness specialist. He has extensive training in naturopathy, massage, physiotherapy, and acupuncture and always adopts a holistic approach. Visitors may now enjoy the stunning surroundings, the Shine Spa, the family program, and the numerous dining options in addition to taking use of complete wellness options including certified yoga lessons. Dr. Abhi, a skilled yoga instructor and dedicated Naturopath, will lead the recreation team. Dr. Abhi earned his degree in Trivandrum, Kerala, India, the city where he was born and raised, and has a deep commitment to health, wellbeing, and a natural lifestyle. He worked in a number of hospitals, yoga studios, and wellness resorts after earning a degree in Naturopathy and Yoga Science from the Medical University of Chennai. He also did some freelance work in health counseling and yoga therapy.

Along with two medical research articles he published in the fields of skin and joint illness, his stellar career also saw him launch his own yoga e-magazine called "Remedial Health." His long-term objectives include founding a sustainable wellness center that only offers all-natural therapies and starting a monthly health publication.
