On March 1st, The Cocoon Collection's rustic-chic adults-only luxury resort You & Me Maldives celebrated its fourth birthday.
The resort celebrated its first day of operation with visitors and special invitees during a glittering evening event. An anniversary cake-cutting and cocktail reception at dusk preceded the beach gala dinner, which featured You & Me Maldives' hallmark foods and featured enticing performances by local and foreign artists, including dances and live saxophone music. A fashion show and a glow-in-the-dark party add to the excitement.
The You & Me Management and crew celebrated the event from the previous week with social events, such as a school field trip inviting the children from Hulhudhufaaru and visits to Ungoofaar and Dhuvaafaru island to offer The Cocoon Collection job starting programme. With events like the Little Olympics, cricket, bashi, and a fishing competition, the You & Me team's anniversary celebration will last for one week.
You & Me Maldives has accomplished a lot over the years, including delivering a Michelin Star dining experience to the Maldives with its iconic underwater restaurant, H2O, and award-winning chef Andrea Berton. In order to give the visitors more lasting memories, a facility called water slides has lately been added.
