North Edge Inn

Two guesthouses from this series sit on Rasdhoo. Avoca Inn was the first. North Edge Inn is the second. The island and its signature marine experience are shared by both.

Rasdhoo is a small inhabited island in a small atoll just north of Ari Atoll. The community is fishing-based, the streets are narrow and genuinely lived-in, and the dive site that makes the island famous Madivaru, where hammerhead sharks aggregate in the channel currents before dawn between December and April — is accessible from either property through the same local dive operators.

North Edge Inn takes its name from the island's geographic positioning at the northern reach of the atoll. It's the kind of name that means something specific to anyone who knows the local geography.
