Pineapple Juice, 90 ml

30 ml Pureed Passionfruit

15ml Sprite with Kiwi Syrup

Method

Place ice and cold water in a tall glass and set it to the side.

Fill a cocktail shaker with pineapple juice, passionfruit puree, and kiwi syrup.

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, cover it, and shake until everything is thoroughly combined and chilled.

Remove the ice from the serving glass and pour the juice into it. Serve with a pineapple slice as a garnish and a splash of Sprite on top.

Orange juice, 90 ml

15ml of fresh lime juice

90ml of cranberry juice

Sugar Syrup, 15 ml

Method

Put ice and cold water in a poco grande glass (such as a pia colada glass or any other curved glass) and set it to the side.

Fill a cocktail shaker with orange juice, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, and sugar syrup. Bring equal parts of sugar and water to a boil, then let them cool before using to create a basic sugar syrup.

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, cover it, and shake until everything is thoroughly combined and chilled.

Remove the ice from the serving glass and pour the juice into it. Add a slice of fresh orange as a garnish.
