Guests can treat in a carefully curated menu that include “Happiness”, an appetizer with coconut foam, pumpkin curry puree, fresh apples, broccoli, and tomatoes drizzle with raspberry, mint, and turmeric sauce, opposite with the beam Martín Codax Cuatro Pasos Rosado. For the focal courses, here is “Gnocchi”, delicate potato dumplings with zesty lemon in a wealthy beurre blanc sauce topped with almonds and liquorices, complement by the fruit-forward Glenelly Glass Collection Chardonnay, and “Caramelized Aubergine”, feature oriental-style glazed aubergine and crispy chickpeas, completely matching with Allan Scott Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
