The award-winning luxury resort in the Maldives, Dhigali Maldives, has revealed a fun schedule of Easter celebrations for visitors to enjoy. The resort will host a Premium Easter Journey from April 6 through April 10, 2023, which aims to bring families together for a number of unique family-focused events and eating opportunities.
The resort's talented chefs are hosting an Easter Epicurean Delight for guests, which will include either a Japanese HotPot or a traditional Easter meal. A flawless meal experience is waiting for those who choose the Japanese HotPot at the beach. Sushi and Sashimi in various forms and flavours are served first, followed by a variety of Izakaya, or Japanese tapas. Next, using either a shoyu- or miso-based broth, guests can use the HotPot to prepare their meat and seafood to their preferences. This elegant meal is concluded with a spectacular dessert spread.
The resort offers a classic menu with roasts of lamb, honey ham, stuffed homemade pastas in truffle sauce, spring vegetable salads, gravadlax, oyster plate, pickled fish bruschetta, and more for those who prefer a more traditional Easter dining experience. A traditional simnel cake, carrot cake, and other sweet treats round out the dinner.
Easter Sunday dinner will be served at the resort's Capers Restaurant on April 9. It's a true family event with an amazing range of dishes and all the fixings as well as live action stations serving a variety of dishes and mouthwatering desserts while overlooking the sea. This is a lengthy, leisurely lunch that is served from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Live music will be playing to go with your food.
The Easter week celebration will also include live music entertainment, a Cinema Under the Stars, an Easter silent party with three DJs, a lot of activities for families and kids, such as an Easter Egg search, face painting, enjoyable games, and many more.
