Born in 1972 in Germany, Chef Heiko is one of the most celebrated chefs in Switzerland and is currently the Culinary Director at The Dolder Grand in Zurich. He has had classical culinary training at the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg, and has developed his culinary skills in some of Germany’s most celebrated kitchens, such as Restaurant Le Canard in Hamburg, Hotel Zur Traube in Grevenbroich,
