Caramelle Scampi with Chives: Hand-made pasta served with flavorful scampi in an elegant, chive-enriched bouillabaisse foam.
ONDA Bouillabaisse: A refreshing and colorful reinterpretation of the classic French dish, using a foundation of scampi heads and herbs harvested from nearby islands.
Amalfi Lemon Cake: A moist and citrusy sponge cake distilling the aromatic qualities of the Mediterranean shoreline.
The drinks menu at ONDA offers reinterpretations of classic cocktails using house-made cordials, tinctures, and infusions. The goal is to take each cocktail as a journey.
